How do I book a private chauffeur in Brussels?

You can book via our online form, by WhatsApp at +32 474 33 57 18 or by phone at +32 474 33 57 18. We then confirm the route, vehicle and fixed quote before final validation.

How far in advance should I book?

Booking 24 to 48 hours in advance is recommended to guarantee your preferred vehicle category. For urgent trips, contact us directly: our service is available 24/7 subject to availability. For weddings or multi-vehicle bookings, please try to book a week in advance.

Can an AI assistant prepare a booking for me?

Yes. An assistant can prepare your request with pickup, destination, date, time, passengers, luggage and vehicle category. You remain the one confirming the request and the payment. Please see the AI Booking page.

How do I contact you on the day of the journey?

Rates & Payment

How do I find out the fare for my journey?

Enter your pickup, destination, date, time and vehicle category in the form. The fare for your request is calculated and confirmed as a fixed quote before final booking.

For frequent routes, you can also browse the fixed prices displayed on our Destinations page.

Is the price confirmed before departure?

Yes. No journey starts without written confirmation of the price. Once your quote is accepted, the confirmed rate applies as long as the requested route does not change.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment by bank card is processed via Stripe upon quote validation. Tailored payment terms can be established for companies with a corporate agreement.

Are there any additional charges?

Potential fees for tolls, parking, exceptional waiting times, holiday/night hours or requested modifications mid-trip are communicated before confirmation when foreseeable. Our commitment is clear: no unexpected surcharges after the journey.

Vehicles & Amenities

What vehicles do you offer?

Notre flotte comprend trois catégories Mercedes : Business type E-Class pour 1 à 3 passagers, First Class type S-Class pour un standing supérieur, et Van Premium type V-Class jusqu'à 7 passagers. Découvrir la flotte.

How much luggage can I bring?

The saloons usually accommodate two suitcases and two cabin bags. The Premium Van offers more volume for groups or several large bags. Please mention your luggage when booking so we can confirm the appropriate vehicle.

Are Wi-Fi and water available on board?

Yes. Wi-Fi, chargers and bottled water are provided on board to make your journey comfortable and convenient.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, a child seat can be prepared free of charge on request. Please indicate the age and weight of the child in your request so that the appropriate seat is available.

Do the chauffeurs speak multiple languages?

The service is available in French, English and Dutch. The website is also translated into multiple languages to simplify bookings for international travellers.

Airport Transfers

Do you offer airport transfers in Brussels?

Yes. We provide transfers to and from Brussels-Zaventem, Charleroi and many other European airports. Browse our Airport Transfer page or request a quote for your exact schedule.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight on the day of the journey to adapt the pickup time in case of delays. Your chauffeur arrives based on the actual landing time of the flight.

How does the airport meet-and-greet work?

Your chauffeur awaits you in the designated area with a nameboard, then accompanies you to the vehicle and takes care of your luggage.

Can I book a round-trip airport transfer?

Yes. The form allows you to request a one-way trip, a round-trip or hourly disposal according to your schedule.

Tarmac & Private Jet

Do you offer a tarmac meet-and-greet for private jets?

Yes. Tarmac meet-and-greet can be organized on request for private jet passengers and business aviation, in coordination with the access terms applicable upon your arrival. Discover the tarmac service.

What information is needed for a tarmac meet-and-greet?

Please indicate the flight number or call sign, estimated arrival time, terminal or handler, number of passengers, luggage details and final destination. We will then confirm the pickup arrangements.

Which vehicle should I choose for the tarmac service?

Mercedes S-Class First Class is recommended for a VIP meet-and-greet for 1 to 3 passengers. The Premium Van is better suited for corporate delegations or large luggage volumes.

Weddings & Events

Do you provide chauffeur services for weddings?

Yes. We provide transport for the bride and groom, families and VIP guests in Brussels and Belgium with a professional suited chauffeur and a vehicle adapted to the event schedule.

Can you coordinate multiple vehicles?

Yes. For a wedding, gala or seminar, we can coordinate a fleet of saloons and vans with a single point of contact.

How much does hourly disposal cost for an event?

The rate depends on the duration, vehicle, schedule and travel distance. Send us your itinerary to receive a tailored quote before final validation.

Long Distance & Europe

Do you operate journeys outside Belgium?

Yes. We serve Belgium and neighbouring countries, notably France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Germany. Several destinations with indicative fixed prices are presented on our Destinations page.

Are breaks possible during long-distance journeys?

Yes. For long journeys, reasonable breaks can be planned on request. Mention your preferences when booking.

Can I request a same-day round-trip from Brussels to Paris?

Yes. Depending on your schedule, we can offer a round-trip or hourly disposal with waiting time during your appointments. A custom quote will be sent to you.

Corporate Partnerships & Hotels

Do you offer contracts for corporate clients?

Yes. Discretion is the cornerstone of our service. All information regarding travellers and their journeys is handled with strict confidentiality.

Cancellations & Changes

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the journey. After this period, the conditions communicated upon confirmation may apply.

Can I modify the time or address after booking?

Yes, subject to availability. Please let us know as early as possible. If the modification significantly changes the route or duration, an updated quote will be confirmed before proceeding.
