Pairi Daiza with a private chauffeur: transfers and visitor guide
A lovely day starts with a well-planned journey: a departure that suits your family, room for your luggage and a return arranged before you leave.
A visit to Pairi Daiza starts well before the entrance. Leaving the hotel, meeting a train or flight, settling the children and handling suitcases all need a little thought. After a day on foot, an organised return can make the evening easier.
This guide helps you compare driving, public transport and a private transfer for a family outing, a group visit or an overnight stay. The train remains worth considering when you travel light. A chauffeur can simplify the journey when several needs have to be coordinated.
Capital VIP Services is an independent transport provider and does not claim an official partnership with Pairi Daiza. Transport, admission and accommodation are arranged separately unless explicitly included in your quotation.
A destination worth planning a full day around
Pairi Daiza combines wildlife, landscaped gardens and architecture inspired by different parts of the world at the Domaine de Cambron in Belgium. Accommodation is also available on the estate. Plan around a day visit or an overnight stay, your party size, young children and any train or flight afterwards. Allow time for breaks and to walk back to your meeting point.
Address and directions
Pairi Daiza, Domaine de Cambron, 7940 Brugelette, Belgium. The park recommends entering ‘Le Domaine 1, 7940 Brugelette’ into your navigation system, then following local signs. The map below can help you plan the route.

From an airport, hotel or mainline station
For Brussels Airport (BRU) or Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL), provide the exact airport, flight number, date and luggage details. These are different airports. Allow time for disembarkation, baggage collection and meeting your driver; landing time is not the car’s departure time.
Brussels Airport has a railway station. Check the full itinerary to Cambron-Casteau; from Charleroi, check airport connections rather than assuming there is a direct service. From a hotel, give the full address and an accessible meeting point, especially in pedestrian areas. State whether you return to the same hotel or travel elsewhere with your luggage.
Brussels-Midi, Brussels-Central, Mons and Ath can be considered as meeting points. Check train connections for your date. For a chauffeur pickup, provide the arriving train, station exit and a reachable telephone number. Road journey times depend on traffic, roadworks and access conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

Car, train or private transfer?
| Option | When it may suit you | What to plan |
|---|---|---|
| Your own car | You prefer to manage your own schedule. | Driving home, parking and the walk to admission. |
| Train and walking | You travel light and train times fit your day. | Connections, the last train and the walk. |
| Private chauffeur | Hotel or airport pickup with children or luggage. | Booking, vehicle capacity and the return meeting point. |
| Private group transport | Several travellers need coordinating. | Vehicle numbers and feasibility confirmed in your quotation. |
The park has paid parking. Here, a private shuttle means transport booked for your party, not an official park shuttle or scheduled bus.
Indicative fare, confirmed according to the exact address, time, chosen vehicle, duration and special requests.
Cambron-Casteau: allow for the final walk
The park’s access information places Cambron-Casteau station on the Mons–Ath line, around 1.2 km from the entrance, approximately a 20-minute walk. A signed walking route is indicated, with no connecting shuttle announced. Allow longer with children or luggage.
A station redevelopment and new entrance have been announced for 2028. Do not plan as though that future access is already open; check current works and instructions before travelling.

Travelling with children, pushchairs and luggage
Choose by luggage space as well as seat count. Confirm children’s ages, heights and weights so suitable restraints can be arranged; provide the folded dimensions of pushchairs and the number of large cases, cabin bags and extra bags. Mention wheelchairs, walking frames or assistance needs so vehicle suitability can be checked.
Keep what you need for the visit with you. Do not assume bags can stay in the vehicle all day unless storage and the booked service have been expressly agreed.
Drop-off and an organised return
Your chauffeur takes you to the entrance of Pairi Daiza, where you continue to reception and ticketing for the park or your accommodation. Agree your return time and meeting point in advance. Two separate transfers do not automatically include a chauffeur waiting throughout the visit. Transport does not provide priority admission.
What a private chauffeur can make easier
A family can arrange seats and luggage space in advance; international visitors have a defined airport meeting point; groups can coordinate addresses and timings with one contact. Confirm your preferred language and whether the quotation covers separate transfers or hire with waiting time.
For example, two adults and two children staying in Brussels might travel with a folded pushchair and two small bags. They provide the hotel address and children’s needs, agree the vehicle and schedule, travel to the entrance in the morning and meet their chauffeur for the booked evening return. This is an organisational example, not a customer testimonial or package offer. Any waiting, additional charges and changes must be agreed.
Indicative fare, confirmed according to the exact address, time, chosen vehicle, duration and special requests.
Choosing departure and return times
Check the park calendar for your date, then work backwards from the desired arrival time, allowing for driving, walking to admission, loading and settling children. Reassess the route on busy weekends and holidays. If catching a flight or international train afterwards, allow the margin required by the carrier. For an overnight stay, choose your return time according to your final day’s plans.
Staying at the park or nearby
Pairi Daiza Resort includes accommodation such as the Paddling Bear Hotel, White Bear House and Tiger House. Compare what is included for your dates and confirm availability directly. Arrange your luggage transport for both legs; after drop-off, go to reception for accommodation access.
Hôtel du Parc in Ath is another option to compare outside the estate. Check room capacity, breakfast, cancellation conditions and the pickup address directly with the hotel. No partnership with Capital VIP Services is claimed.
Compare the whole day’s budget
SNCB advertises a Discovery Ticket for eligible park admission holders, with a 40% reduction on a same-day return train journey using the relevant ticket code. Children under 12 may travel free within the limit of four per paying traveller. Check eligibility and current terms before purchasing.
Compare transport for the whole party, any parking, and what your stay includes. For a private transfer, request a group quotation that clearly sets out the return and any waiting. Indicative fare, confirmed according to the exact address, time, chosen vehicle, duration and special requests.
